Just took out another mortgage with Ian for our first investment property. Ian has been super helpful throughout the process. Being our first investment property, we were in the dark for a lot of things but he guided us through the whole process and patiently answered all our very detailed questions, which not all of them about the mortgage. He was very generous with his knowledge and provided a lot of useful info on what to expect when getting an investment property. Even provided other referrals to services that we need to manage the property such as accountant and property investment services, both we end up using and also very happy with. Ian is also very prompt in his communication and processing, the whole process went very smoothly and stress free. We had an excellent experience with Michael.Reliable communication, extensive knowledge and a network of contacts to take advantage of (we used a buyer’s agent he recommended to great success as well as a solicitor as well). He took the time to understand our reasonably complex situation involving a refinance plus a bridging loan and worked out the best strategy to proceed with while keeping us involved & informed - we were upsizing to a family home but with a toddler & 2nd baby on the way time was critical. There were a few hiccoughs with the lender but Michael handled them without issue which was great for us.We would happily use him again and would be confident recommending him.
