I originally was going to go through LENDI, but I was not feeling like they were putting much effort in and not getting fast replies.I then chose to contact Daryn at TFS, only because he emailed me back already I figured I would try them next, I gave him a call and even though we had never talked on the phone and before I even said a word, he answered the phone with "hello Scott" that means he put my name & number in his phone on the off chance I contact him.I really felt like he cared and wanted to help me. that was the primary reason I went with hi m, and since then he has always answered my calls personally and replied to all emails quickly.ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT he got me the home loan I was after.so fair to say really good service.

Being our first investment property, we were in the dark for a lot of things but he guided us through the whole process and patiently answered all our very detailed questions, which not all of them about the mortgage. We had an excellent experience with Michael.Reliable communication, extensive knowledge and a network of contacts to take advantage of (we used a buyer’s agent he recommended to great success as well as a solicitor as well). He took the time to understand our reasonably complex situation involving a refinance plus a bridging loan and worked out the best strategy to proceed with while keeping us involved & informed - we were upsizing to a family home but with a toddler & 2nd baby on the way time was critical.
