We had an excellent experience with Michael.Reliable communication, extensive knowledge and a network of contacts to take advantage of (we used a buyer’s agent he recommended to great success as well as a solicitor as well). He took the time to understand our reasonably complex situation involving a refinance plus a bridging loan and worked out the best strategy to proceed with while keeping us involved & informed - we were upsizing to a family home but with a toddler & 2nd baby on the way time was critical.
